Our Mission

At mediary ® the first responsibilities we have are to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry professionals who use our product and services. In meeting their needs everything we do must be of high quality, and above all, provided ethically.

To create and maintain a long term credibility in our business we will work with all stakeholders to ensure the codes of practice of both Pharmaceutical industry and the General Medical Council are upheld and observed at all times, as much as is within our power.

Our employees are our life-blood, they are individuals and we treat each other with respect. Whatever their role they are important to us every day and are part of a team that strives for the security of everyone in the development of the company. This sentiment is equally present towards our clients, investors, and other companies we work with.

We are conscious the team members of mediary have families and that they have to be empowered to address their family needs; our flexible teamwork means this value is respected.

We have the ambition to develop a revolutionary business and we have responsibilities to the stakeholders to provide fair value, with innovation, imagination, and flair, but always with honesty and integrity.

mediary™ will strive to:

  • ensure the benefits of our product and services are available to all practices and all medical representatives in the UK
  • ensure our product and service never creates any kind of barrier between its users.
  • work with the codes of practice organisations regularly to find mutual support and advice in maintaining ethical dialogue between the parties.
  • inform users of their potential risk that they may infringe their industry or organisations code of practice or ethics.
  • refer our users to their industry or organisations code of practice or ethics if they appear to be infringing them.
  • if necessary, refuse to work with, and choose to decline service to any such person or organisation that may deliberately, knowingly or repetitively infringe their industry or organisations code of practice or ethics.

In this way we contribute to the positive evolutionary change in work habits in this healthcare environment which in addition to human efficiencies enhances our environment and makes a clear ecological contribution to the benefit of the stakeholders and to the benefits of all patients.
